I keep a few packs of Kefentech plaster handy for accidental knocks and bruises. I got a painful nasty bruise while I was using a leg press machine. My right feet accidentally slipped and the metal part crashed onto the back of my right calf. There was some swelling and looked like it was going to hurt for the next few days. I received my order Sat. August 14 2004 before I expected it. I had already used the Axe Brand Red Flower Oil a Therepist had recommended for back surgery to ease the pain. It really works.
